【摘要】:1.1ThistestmethodcoversthemeasurementofLightReflectanceValue(LRV)andvisuallysmallcolordifferencebetweenpiecesofglazedorunglazedceramictile,usinganyspectrophotometerthatmeetstherequirementsspecifiedinthetestmethod.LRVandthemagnitudeanddirectionofthecolordifferenceareexpressednumerically,withsufficientaccuracyforuseinproductspecification.1.2LRVmaybemeasuredforeithersolid-coloredtileortilehavingamulticolored,speckled,ortexturedsurface.Fortilethatarenotsolid-colored,anaveragereadingshouldbeobtainedfrommultiplemeasurementstakeninapatternrepresentativeoftheoverallsampleasdescribedin9.2ofthistestmethod.Smallcolordifferencebetweentilesshouldonlybemeasuredforsolid-colortiles.Smallcolordifferencebetweentilethathaveamulticolored,speckled,ortexturedsurface,arenotvalid.1.3Forsolidcoloredtile,acomparisonofthetestspecimenandreferencespecimenshouldbemadeunderincandescent,fluorescentanddaylightilluminantconditions.Theuseofmultipleilluminantsallowsthecolordifferencemeasurementtobemadewithouttheriskofwronglyacceptingamatchwhenthetilesbeingcomparedaremetamers.(See3.1.4.)1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
