【摘要】:Holidaysinpipelinecoatingsmayberepairedbycircumferentialwrappingwithasuitablepipewraptape.However,thistechniqueisnotalwayspracticableandpatchingmayberequired.Theeffectivenessofapatchmaterialdependsuponitsadhesiontotheoriginalpipelinecoatingtoeffectsealing.Theresultsofthisacceleratedtesthavebeenfoundtoyieldcomparativedatausefulfortheselectionofpatchingmaterials.Theuseriscautionedagainsttheuseofthismethodforabsolutematerialpropertiescharacterization.Thisprocedureprovidesanacceleratedmethodbyexposingthepatchtoasevereradiusofcurvatureonsmall-diameterpipe.Thespecimenisalsoexposedtoastressvoltageinthepresenceofahighlyconductiveelectrolyte.1.1Thistestmethodprovidesanacceleratedmeansofdeterminingtherelativesealingabilitiesofpipelinepatchingmaterialsthatareusedtosealholidaysinpipelinecoatingsonsteelpipe.Thistestmethodisintendedforutilizationofspecimensofpipelinecoatingsonsmall-diameterpipe,forrepresentingcoatingsusedforburiedorsubmergedservice,andwherethepurposeofthecoatingistoprovideanelectricalbarrierbetweenthesteelpipeanditsenvironment.1.2Thistestmethodisnotintendedforevaluatingpatchmaterialsthatareoverlappeduponthemselves.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardspecifies:a)thecriteriatobeusedtodeterminestabilityofaircraftloadingandservicingequipment,includingwindloads;b)theclassificationofsystemsrecommendedtoachievestability;c)theformulatobeusedforcalculatingsteady-statewindstability;d)therecommendedtestmethodsapplicabletoequipment.2TheintentofthisInternationalStandardisnottospecifyequipmentdesign,butrathertodefineuni-formcriteria,calculationandtestingmethodsinordertoprovideasafeworkenvironmentunderallpredict-ablecircumstancesfortheusersofaircraftloadingandservicingequipment.3ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheworld-widerequirementsrecognizedbyaircraftandequip-mentmanufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.Inaddition,itshallbeappliedwithduereferencetonationalgovernmentalregulationsofthecountrywheretheequipmentistobeoperated.4ThisInternationalStandardappliestoaircraftloadingandservicingequipment,typicallybutnotexclusivelydefinedasfollows:—containerandpalletloaders(seeISO6967andISO6968);—cateringtrucks(seeISO10841);—passengerstairs(seeISO12056);—maintenanceandfuelingaccessplatforms,whenoperatedinastaticpositiononanaircraft.5ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotapplyto:—forklifts;—aircraftde-icers;—anyequipmentwithrotatingbooms,andmoregenerallyanyequipmentthenormalmodeofoperationofwhichincludesmovingintheelevatedposition.
