【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesthegeneralsafetyrequirementsforhotrollingmillsforflatproductsasdefinedin3.1.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttohotrollingmillsforflatproducts.Itdealsnotonlywithcircumstanceswherethemachineryisusedasintended,butalsoincludesotherconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer,suchasforeseeablefaults,malfunctionsormisuse(seeClauses4and5).ThisEuropeanstandardappliesto:Machineryandequipmentusedforthemanufacturingofmetalhotrolledflatproductsfromthematerialsupplyfrom(1),viathemillstands(2),totheexit(5)(seeFigure1).!Thefollowingequipmentisoutsidethescopeofthisstandard:furnacesinaccordancewithEN746-1,EN746-2andEN746-3;continuouscastingmachinesaccordingtoEN14753;hookconveyorsaccordingtoEN619;rollshopequipment;storageequipment(e.g.,high-baywarehouses);cranes,forklifts,trucksandrailwaytrucksandothervehicles.ThisEuropeanstandardisnotapplicabletohotrollingmillsforflatproducts,manufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.
