【摘要】:Theserequirementsapplytomanuallyfueled,solid-fuel-firedcentralfurnaces.Includedaresupplementarycentralfurnacesintendedforinterconnectionwithforced-aircentralfurnacesutilizingotherfuels,andcombinationoil-firedandsolid-fuel-fired,forced-aircentralfurnaces.Thefurnacesareintendedtoburnsolidfuels,suchaswood,coal,oranyotherbiomassfuel,asspecifiedbythemanufacturer.ThefurnacesareintendedforconnectiontochimneysforresidentialandbuildingheatingappliancesincompliancewiththeStandardforChimneys,Fireplaces,Vents,andSolidFuelBurningAppliances,NFPA211,andintendedforinstallationincompliancewiththeStandardforInstallationofWarmAirHeatingandAirConditioningSystems,NFPA90B;andtheNationalElectricalCode,ANSI/NFPA70;andapplicablemechanicalcodessuchastheBOCANationalMechanicalCode,theStandardMechanicalCode,andtheUniformMechanicalCode.Aproductthatcontainsfeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsnewordifferentfromthosecoveredbytherequirementsinthisstandard,andthatinvolvesariskoffireorofelectricshockorinjurytopersonsshallbeevaluatedusingappropriateadditionalcomponentandend-productrequirementstomaintainthelevelofsafetyasoriginallyanticipatedbytheintentofthisstandard.Aproductwhosefeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsconflictwithspecificrequirementsorprovisionsofthisstandarddoesnotcomplywiththisstandard.Revisionofrequirementsshallbeproposedandadoptedinconformancewiththemethodsemployedfordevelopment,revision,andimplementationofthisstandard.
