【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsfortestingitemsofequipmentintendedforuseonrailwayvehicleswhicharesubsequentlysubjectedtovibrationsandshockowingtothenatureofrailwayoperationalenvironment.Togainassurancethatthequalityoftheitemisacceptable,ithastowithstandtestsofreasonabledurationthatsimulatetheserviceconditionsseenthroughoutitsexpectedlife.Simulatedlong-lifetestingcanbeachievedinanumberofwayseachhavingtheirassociatedadvantagesanddisadvantages,thefollowingbeingthemostcommon:a)amplification:wheretheamplitudesareincreasedandthetimebasedecreased;b)timecompression:wheretheamplitudehistoryisretainedandthetimebaseisdecreased;c)decimation:wheretimeslicesofthehistoricaldataareremovedwhentheamplitudesarebelowaspecifiedthresholdvalue.Theamplificationmethodasstatedina)above,isusedinthisstandardandtogetherwiththepublicationsreferredtoinclause2;itdefinesthedefaulttestproceduretobefollowedwhenvibrationtestingitemsforuseonrailwayvehicles.However,otherstandardsdoexistandmaybeusedwithprioragreementbetweenthemanufacturerandthecustomer.Insuchcasesattestationoftestingagainstthisstandardwillnotapply.WhereserviceinformationisavailablecomparisonwiththestandardcanbeperformedusingthemethodoutlinedinannexA.Whilstthisstandardisprimarilyconcernedwithrailwayvehiclesonfixedrailsystems,itswideruseisnotprecluded.Forsystemsoperatingonpneumatictyres,orothertransportationsystemssuchastrolleybuses,wherethelevelofshockandvibrationclearlydifferfromthoseobtainedonfixedrailsystems,thesupplierandcustomercanagreeatthetenderstage,thetestlevels.Itisrecommendedthatthefrequencyspectraandtheshockduration/amplitudebedeterminedusingtheguidelinessetoutinannexA.Itemstestedatlevelsoutsidethosequotedinthisstandardcannotbecertifiedagainsttherequirementsofthisstandard.Anexampleofthisistrolleybuses,wherebybody-mountedtrolleybusequipmentcouldbetestedinaccordancewithcategory1equipmentreferredtointhestandard.Thisstandardappliestosingleaxistesting.Multi-axistestingisoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.Thetestvaluesquotedinthisstandardhavebeendividedintothreecategoriesdependentonlyupontheequipment'slocationwithinthevehicle.Category1BodymountedClassACubicles,subassemblies,equipmentandcomponentsmounteddirectlyonorunderthecarbody.ClassBAnythingmountedinsideanequipmentcasewhichisinturnmounteddirectlyonorunderthecarbody.NOTE-ClassBshouldbeusedwhenitisnotclearwheretheequipmentistobelocated.
